一类非典型植物抗病基因——XTNX基因的演化研究方面取得重要进展

通过对一类具有非典型NBS结构域的基因——XTNX进行研究,发现其与传统NBS-LRR类基因不同,是一类古老起源并保守演化的抗病基因类型。

课题组对59个已测序的涵盖植物演化关键分支的植物基因组中的XTNX基因进行了全面调查,发现除绿藻外,几乎在所有陆地植物中都存在该基因。

中心杭悦宇研究员课题组在茄科植物抗病基因的演化模式及机制研究中取得重要进展。

在该研究中,团队研究人员通过对三种重要茄科植物番茄、土豆和辣椒基因组中鉴定出的NBS-LRR基因进行系统演化分析。
